The Zoo!

work has been really crazy the last few weeks so jake and i decided to take this past friday off. i wanted to do something fun so we decided to take charlee to the zoo. she had a blast, saying "wow" and "whats that". the weather was great, a little windy but it was so nice to walk around and have a picnic lunch. all the animals were out so it was nice to actuall see them really well.

Happy birthday Jake

jake had hi 26th birthday! he acutally stayed home sick from work...poor guy! we had fajitas for his birthday and i made a 4 layer desert which is he fav. i hope you had a good birthday honey! charlee and i love you so much!

jakes parents cam and stayed with us friday night. alisson jakes sister went to disney land and left thier youngest brooke with his parents so we had brooke with us and charlee loved it. they played and played togther.

julie helped me with my curtain. she's amazing when it comes to sweing and helped me out a bunch, showed me some tricks. i would have never got them done with out her help thanks so much julie!

a new car

jake and i finally got me a new car. jakes dad sold our taurus(thanks hy). ive been driving my moms expediton.(thanks mom) weve been looking for a couple of days now and came home with this. i know what you must be thinking a van? i said id never drive a van. we decided it would be the best car for us. we got a good deal, which is always good but we will be able to grow into it (im not pregant) and have it for a long time. i cant believe it!

so my mom came out this weekend since my dad was out of town for wrestling. she helped me get all my pictures and things hung up. it was fun having her here! thanks for coming mom!

Moving Day!

so finally after three weeks dealing with trying to get our loan funded, we finally moved in to our new house! its so great to be moved in. the loan company made us jump throug many hoopes but we made it, we moved in our saturday and it took about 6hours, thanks so much to my brother chuck, jacobs brother trae and cousin cory! we sure appreciated your help. i havent taken any pictures so i will post those later.

Merry Christmas

i hope everyone had a great christmas! we sure did. it was a late night getting home from williams christmas eve but it turned out to be a good day. charlee got showered with gifts this year. she loved to open each present and move on to the next. she got some pretty great things. this is my favorite time of year and its easy to forget what the season is all about. im so grateful for the true meaning of christmas and i try to focus on that each year. im so grateful for everything we have and the family ive been able to spend time with. my camera died so i didnt get that many pictures.
