flowers for valentines day

jake and i dont really do big things for valentine day, we usually go out for dinner on a night other than valentines day and dont do big gifts. but i always get flowers and i just had to show this off becuase its just so beautiful. i love lillys they are my favorites we even used them at our wedding. he gets me lillys every year. i just want to thank jake for all that he does. he loves me so much and he is the best dad for charlee. he works hard at his job to provide for us. i cant believe its been 5 years since we have been married! thanks babe for that you do i love you!
